UG ADMISSION 2021: FAQ’s REGARDING DU ADMISSION

The registration process for UG Admission 2021 was started on 2nd August. The registration process will end on August 31. Delhi University admits candidates based on the merit of the 12th examination for most of the courses for more than 70,000 seats.

The university has registered more than 2.6 lakh registrations this year. Due to the pandemic, the admission process is in online mode same as last year. This year the cutoff is likely to be declared in the first or second week of September.

However, while taking admission to the University of Delhi aspirants always have some common queries. So in this article, we will talk about some FAQs by students regarding UG admission 2021

Question: Can I apply twice? Earlier I did not fill the application form for the entrance test-based course but now I want to fill it?

Answer: You can apply only once from one mail id

Question: I have passed 12th from the science stream, but now I want to do the BA program. Will this cut my marks?

Answer: Change of stream will not deduct any marks in BA program. For this, you can see the information bulletin of DU.

DELHI UNIVERSITY LIKELY TO RECORD HIGHEST APPLICATIONS THIS YEAR

Question: If I am not able to get admission in 1st cutoff then will I get a chance to get admission in 2nd cutoff?

Answer: If you do not take admission in the first cutoff, then you don’t need to get admission in the second cutoff. You will be able to take admission only when your marks are according to the cutoff of the college. If you qualify for the first cutoff then you enroll in that. Cannot take admission in the same course and same college in the second cutoff.

Question: What is the provision of admission in DU under Management Quota?

Answer: DU is a central university. There is no management quota here. If someone tempts you, don’t fall for it.
