Uber is going to recruit more than 140 engineers. The hired engineers’ team will be sent to Bangalore and Hyderabad. Under Uber, they have to build products related to the driver- rider growth, delivery, market place, customer services, digital payments, safety, and financial technology.
To make mobility and deliverance better, the expansion plans are mainly focused. Recently, the company hired Jayaram Valliyur as a senior director. The main task is to lead its global financial terminology team to various areas.
Earlier, Valliyur worked for Amazon for over 14 years. Due to his leadership, Amazon was able to boost the large scale development in India. Also, he commanded the transportation team, new seller verification, and identity verification.
In a statement, he said that we are leveraging India’s product and engineering talent to start our new manner of products and services. We are looking for passionate engineers who have the caliber to tackle complex problems in the field of deliverance and mobility.
Recently, the tech team of Uber has highly invested in mask recognition capability devices. Due to which, they ensure the drivers are wearing a mask for safety. Furthermore, they are looking for ways to accelerate digital payments and also use Machine Learning and artificial intelligence techniques. So, the Uber menu can be digitalized and reach large masses. This will help to earn better.
Uber has also reached out to the aspiring candidates to build a fresh team. Also, they could be added under the existing teams. The already created team includes Uber infrastructure, Uber marketplace, Uber for Business marketing, and advertising outlets.
