TIK TOK BANNED IN INDIA: TIKTOK STAR ASHNOOR KAUR SUPPORTS THE GOVERNMENT DECISION
On Monday, the government of India banned the Chinese apps. There are a total of 59 Chinese apps such as Shareit, Tik Tok, Shein, UC Browser, CamScanner, and many other apps. The Indian government has taken this decision because of increasing tensions between the Indian and China Army in eastern Ladakh. More than 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives in India-China violence.

The popular star Ashnoor Kaur said that she is extremely content with the decision of the government to ban 59 Chinese apps as a digital strike. She is completely supporting the government’s decision. According to her, these apps turned into a significant piece of our lives, especially for the young generation. Ashnoor Kaur further added that we should replace the Chinese apps with the Indian apps. We can use the Indian apps for a source of entertainment. This choice is significant for all of us so that we become independent and begin utilizing Indian things. For the unversed, Ashnoor Kaur has 3.3 million devotees on TikTok.
In a statement, the Information Technology Ministry said that several complaints have been registered from different sources. Counting a few reports about the abuse of some versatile applications accessible on Android and iOS stages for taking and clandestinely transmitting clients’ information in an unapproved way to servers which have areas outside India.
