National Testing Agency or NTA on 22nd September released the admit cards for the SWAYAM exam. Candidates who enrolled for the SWAYAM courses and are to appear for the September exam can download the exam admit card through the official website swayam.gov.in. The SWAYAM exam has been rescheduled to be held to 29th and 30th September 2020.

Before the exam was scheduled to be held on 15th and 16th September 2020, however, due to coronavirus pandemic and operational reasons the MHRD initiative SWAYAM exams were rescheduled. Aspirants who are to appear for the SWAYAM exam can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the admit cards.

  • Visit the official website or mobile application of SWAYAM.
  • Click on the link available on the homepage which reads SWAYAM admit card 2020.
  • A new page will appear on which students are required to enter their registered email ID and click on submit.
  • Check out the SWAYAM admit card and download it.

UGC Releases SWAYAM Exam Schedule 

Meanwhile, the UGC has also released the schedule of SWAYAM. The fresh courses have begun from September 14, 2020, and would end on 14th December 2020. The registration for these exams will begin on 15th November and would end on 30th November 2020.

SWAYAM application and website initiated by the Indian government comprises over 2,867 courses which are taught by more than 1300 educators from across 135 Indian Institutes. SWAYAM offers online courses for teachers and students. In January 2020, around 568 online courses were uploaded for students and over 1.25 crore candidates enrolled for these courses on SWAYAM.

On the other side, the Ministry of Education with the support of SWAYAM had launched over 32 high-quality learning and educational channels through DTH across the country. The students residing in remotest areas of the country can access these programs as it is broadcasted on Doordarshan which is provided free of cost on all the televisions. Through this initiative, the government is trying to make education accessible in all parts of the country.
