FREE COACHING AND ACCOMMODATION IN KOTA: COVID-19 brought in a very tragic and tough time for all of us. Many lost their family, friends and many are still struggling with the situation. These years have been equally tough on students preparing for competitive exams. Battling with the mental toll, many students are such who have lost their parents in these tough times. This has caused emotional and mental adversity and distress. Along with hardships, this has also posed a dark shadow on the continuation of their studies. The uncertainty of these times and financial strain has become a major issue.
Viewing all this, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said that many students lost their parents to COVID-19. Many of them are preparing for medical and engineering entrance exams. They will now be provided free coaching and accommodation in Kota, Rajasthan.
Om Birla, who is also the M.P. from Kota, announced this after a meeting with directors of coaching institutes in the city. Notably, Kota is a major coaching hub for competitive examination preparations in the country. Reportedly, Birla requested the directors of coaching institutes to help the needy by supporting this initiative of free coaching and accommodation in Kota.
