The Recruitment Session 2019-20 of Shree Ram College of Commerce witnessed immense success and participation of stakeholders. The college holds no.1 place in the country, in terms of commerce colleges. India TV, Byjus, and The Week Magazine also mentioned Shree Ram College of Commerce, as the best college in terms of placement records.
Shree Ram College of Commerce Delhi University registers a record-high recruitment statistics for the academic session 2019-2020.
However, it was a challenging task to execute the recruitment programs amid the COVID 19 locks down. The whole process took place digitally. And, the statics escalated from the previous years, which is a great accomplishment of the placement cell of the college.
The chief coordinator of the SRCC placement cell said it was quite difficult to carry out the entire activities via digital means seamlessly. Despite coronavirus drastically took the business sector under its cover, SRCC recorded a gradual rise in the statistics and the team is glad to observe it. The belief in our core values of driving progress and endeavors for the welfare of the batch is the reason behind our constant hard work.

THE RECRUITMENT SESSION 2019-20
Hosting over 120 recruiters broadening 500+ offers the students, the season recorded a phenomenal annual Gross Value of 23.03 Crores. An overall recruiter engagement across 15 sectors, new consulting, finance, FMCG, and venture capital giants like Auctus Advisors, American Express, Marico, Bertelsmann India Investment visited the campus for the first time to handpick full-term employees for their organization. As many as 225+ offers were extended to students since the transition to virtual mode took place, the highest package being 17 LPA during the COVID period. Moreover, an astounding surge in the interests of recruiters hiring summer interns from the institution was observed, the FMCG giant HUL offering the highest stipend of 1.5L per month.
The Recruitment session 2019-20 emerges out with flying colors. SRCC observed growth in almost all recruitment areas. The college recorded a 25% increase in median salary and 32% elevation in annual packages respectively. Also, Shree Ram College of commerce displays 142.5 lakh gross value. Prominent internship recruiters offering PPOs to candidates showcase the persistent faith and trust of the recruiters that this premium institution enjoys.
