Savitribai Phule Pune University(SPPU): from January 11, students will eventually be seen on the college campus starting as late on Monday night, Savitribai Phule authorizes the administration of Pune University to reopen colleges and university departments for classroom practicals and classes.

The theory, practical, and research work for all undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students of the second year and above for the odd semester would start from next Monday, as per the circular issued by Uttam Chavan, the deputy registrar.

The circular says that all departments and affiliated colleges will have to obey the guidelines of the University Grants Commission obeying reopening. Also, once the odd semester work is done, theory and practical work can begin for even semesters in the offline mode.

Understanding that students of UG and PG for the first year are concerned, classes will begin in offline mode from January 11 for students enrolled in non-professional courses whose entry has not been conducted by the Common Entrance Test (CET) compartment.

Whereas the introduction of theory and practical examinations for all first-year aspirants of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, whose admission is through CET, will be declared by the competent authorities.
