CATEGORY A: Students who are in class 11th and 12th belong to the ‘A’ category. They will receive a scholarship of Rs. 500.

CATEGORY B: Students who come under the ‘B’ category are ITI students. This is further divided into two parts, students studying in Government ITIs whereas others studying in private ITIs. Government ITI students will receive Rs.500 and Private ITI students will get Rs.700. Graduate and Postgraduate courses come under the ‘C’ category. Students pursuing their graduation and postgraduation will get scholarships according to their reservations.

CATEGORY C: For instance, girls from the general category pursuing graduation would get Rs.1,000 as scholarship amount, and boys of the general category completing their graduation would get Rs.700. physically challenged students would get Rs.1,000. On the other hand, widows and unmarried wards of ex-servicemen would receive Rs.1,200.

SCHOLARSHIP CATEGORIES FOR STUDENTS PURSUING DIPLOMA COURSES

CATEGORY D: Students doing diploma courses belong to the category ‘D’. For boys, the scholarship amount is Rs.1,000 and for girls, it is Rs.1,200.
There and many engineering and medicine courses that belong to the ‘E’ category. Girls pursuing engineering courses would get Rs.1,700 and boys would receive a scholarship of Rs.1,500. Medicine courses girls would get Rs.2,000 and boys would get Rs.1,800. Students who are pursuing their postgraduation in engineering and medicine courses would also get scholarships as financial assistance. Boys in postgraduation engineering courses would get a scholarship of Rs.2,300 and girls would get Rs.2,500.

CATEGORY E: Sitaram Jindal has a scholarship scheme for those students also who are residing in the hostel. This would be an additional amount for the hostellers who are pursuing graduation. Postgraduation or completing their ITI and Diploma. Another prerequisite is that the candidate must not have crossed 30 years of age.

ITI STUDENTS BELONG TO CATEGORY ‘B’

CATEGORY B: Students pursuing their ITI belong to category ‘B’. Male candidates who are applying must have a minimum of 50 percent marks in their last exam. However, female candidates must possess at least 40 percent marks to be eligible for the scholarship program. If the candidate is employed, his or her annual family income must not be more than 4 LPA. On the other hand, if he is a student, his or her family income must not be more than 2.5 LPA. Moreover, another condition is he or she must not be above 30 years of age.

CATEGORY C: Category ‘C’ belongs to the students who are pursuing their graduation. The minimum mark of male candidates to secure is 60 percent. Whereas for girls, it is a minimum of 55 percent. Karnataka students have different criteria of minimum percent marks. In the case of boys, it is 70 percent and for girls, it is a minimum of 65 percent. For students belonging to West Bengal, male candidates must possess a minimum of 65 percent marks whereas female candidates must possess 60 percent marks. The annual family income for employed candidates must not be more than 4 LPA and for others, it should not be more than 2.5 LPA.

SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS IN POST-GRADUATION

CATEGORY D: Sitaram Foundation provides scholarships to even those students who are in their postgraduation. So, boys and girls who have got at least 65 percent marks and 60 percent marks respectively in their previous exams are eligible for this scholarship. Karnataka students have different criteria of minimum percent marks. In the case of boys, it is 70 percent and for girls, it is a minimum of 65 percent. For students belonging to West Bengal, male candidates must possess a minimum of 65 percent marks whereas female candidates must possess 60 percent marks. The annual family income for employed candidates must not be more than 4 LPA and for others, it should not be more than 2.5 LPA. The maximum age limit for both male and female candidates is 30 years.

CATEGORY E: Engineering and medical courses students belong to the ‘E’ category. MDS students are not eligible for the Sitaram scholarship. Boys should possess a minimum of 70 percent marks and girls should hold a minimum of 65 percent marks in their previous exam. Karnataka has different eligibility criteria. It is a Scholarship portal handled by the Government of Maharashtra. It aims at the proper disbursement of scholarships within the state. So, students who are domiciled in Maharashtra can apply for this scholarship. Which departments are disbursing scholarships on MahaDBT and how many scholarships are there? So, there are a total number of 8 departments of the Maharashtra Government. It offers scholarships to students coming from different sections of society.

So, some departments are Directorate of Technical Education, Directorate of Higher Education, Social Justice and Special Assistance Departments, and many more. SCHOLARSHIPS OF MAHADBT INTO VARIOUS SECTORES

The Directorate of Higher Education offers a total number of 13 scholarships. For professional courses, the students must enter through CAP rounds. There is a Rajadhri Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Merit Scholarship. In this scholarship, students must be studying in class 11th and 12th and must have got 75 percent Marks in class 10th. In this Scholarship, there is no limit of annual income. However, a student must be from the Scheduled Castes, SC category. There is a post-matric Scholarship for people with disabilities also. They must have got 40 percent or above in their exams and be a resident of Maharashtra. Student who fails in any exam or quit the exam is not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Sitaram Jindal Scholarship

Wipro provides scholarship opportunities to women residing in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana. Students who have completed their class 10th and 12th from a government school and have enrolled in their graduation in 2019 can apply for this Scholarship. Students will get 24 thousand in a year until their graduation. To apply for this Scholarship program, they have to submit some relevant documents. They have to upload class 10th and 12th mark sheets, student’s bank statement, Aadhaar card photocopy, and passport size photo.
