The second phase of open-book exams will begin from September 14. The Delhi University has issued guidelines to Delhi University Colleges for holding the exams. As per government guidelines, the Delhi University colleges have been asked by the varsity to maintain hygiene and strict social distancing norms.

The students will be asked by the Delhi University colleges to fill out a mandatory self-declaration form before they are allowed inside the exam centers. At the examination centers, the staff has been told to wear masks compulsorily, carry thermo guns, and to strictly ensure social distancing between students at all times.

The varsity stated that the college or department will have to manually take attendance from students with a signature, date, and session of the exam, unique paper code while maintaining distance.

The colleges have also been asked by the university to send the seating plans or arrangements to students beforehand on their WhatsApp numbers or email ids. All around the campus, advisory notices about social distancing are to be displayed.

HOW TO APPEAR FOR 2nd PHASE OF DU OBE EXAM?

It is important for students to fill the mandatory self-declaration form before appearing in the examination. The students are expected to bring their own answer sheets and reach the examination center on time. Students will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times.

This second phase of OBE will be held for the regular/SOL/NCWEB students in a blended online/offline mode. This exam is for those students who either did not appear in the exam or failed to submit the answer scripts in the first phase of the examinations.
