The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Entrance Examination (JNUEE 2020) earlier scheduled from October 4 to October 8 is postponed until further notice. National Testing Agency (NTA) which released these dates has deleted that update. According to a previous notification, it will be an MCQ based examination to be conducted on an online platform.

The entrance examinations for pursuing higher-level education is conducted by the efficient organization NTA. Its a self – regulated organization.

It is trusted to be a leading organization in its field, addressing issues of conducting fair tests all over India. It conducts the All India Level Entrance Examination for the prestigious JNU, namely, JNUEE.

The online portal for admission in the courses was open from 2nd March 2020 to 30 June 2020. Previously the last date of registration was fixed on 15th June 2020 but issues faced by the candidates due to the COVID – 19 pandemic, the dates were revised. The edit option was designed and available from July 6, 2020, to July 24, 2020, for all the applicants. Candidates can refer to the jnu@nta.ac.in for more updates.

Furthermore, the admit cards when released will be available on the www.nta.ac.in and separately on respective examination websites. The reliable National level agency for conducting exams will notify regarding any information or changes.

In another press release dated September 01, 2020, the registration forms of few courses were released. The application registration is announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the Academic Year 2020 – 21 to a few courses/programs, namely MBA, MPhil & Ph.D. under JRF Category and thirdly the Diploma of Proficiency.

The MBA enthusiasts can check their selection procedure and can refer to the website of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship for a better idea of the program. The last date to submit the applications and paying the fee amount is restricted to September 21, 2020, up to 11: 50 pm. The registration window will be closed after that, if not extended.

The correction window of online forms will be accessible from 23rd September to 25th September 2020.

JNU APPROVES PROPOSAL FOR DIGITAL SUBMISSION OF THESES AND DISSERTATIONS

According to a recent update, The University will be releasing the dates of viva/ interviews in a short time. These viva/ interviews are scheduled for the JRF applicants for MPhil & Ph.D. programs. However, the tentative dates for the master’s in business administration (MBA) program are released:

1) Declaration of candidates invited for Group – 9th October 2020 Discussion and personal interview
2) The holding of Group Discussion and Personal – 12th October to 22nd October Interview 2020
3) Publication of First Merit lists for admission – 29th October 2020

The admission portal of the Jawaharlal Nehru University website can be accessed by all the aspirants for more detailed and further information. It contains the application process, dates released of applications, documents to be attached, and updates on examination details. Candidates are advised to read the E – prospectus available on the site to have a clear idea of the process and registration.
