Delhi University recently released a “statement” asking students to ensure that the PG they move into is verified by the Delhi Police or not. The step was taken to keep a check on the rising of PG and to ensure the security of students.
The statement read, “Students desirous of paying guest accommodation must ensure that their PG is duly verified by the local police since all such PGs are regularly monitored by the area police for proper safety and security of student residents.”
