Candidates with a Master’s degree in Science or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering can apply for this post. Moreover, they should also have experience with exposure in GIS and remote sensing applications. Salary is Rs.28,510.
- Assistant Project Engineer
For this post, candidates Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Design. Experience in 3D animation tools and multimedia content would be a plus. However, salary is the same as that of other posts, I.e. Rs.28,510.

SELECTION PROCESS AT IIT GUWAHATI
For the selection process, candidates have to appear for an online interview. So, they have to send their application with relevant details like educational qualifications, experience, contact address, phone no., e-mail, Skype-id, etc. The last date to do the same is 19th January, 3 PM. Candidates have to submit it to the PI at the email address sukumar@iitg.ac.in. However, candidates will be shortlisted and those candidates would appear for an online interview through E-Mail. Those candidates who will appear for the test and interview process will not get any TA/DA from IIT Guwahati. However, their performance in the interview will decide whether they are selected or not.
