Rahul Gandhi in DU: On Wednesday, May 10, Rahul Gandhi visited a boys’ hostel of postgraduate students at Delhi University. And he had lunch with students and discussed issues related to unemployment and career goals. The university has now served a notice to the Congress leader.

This notice was sent by the provost of Delhi University’s PG boys hostel over his “sudden” visit to the hostel, stating that “such conduct from a leader of a National Party who has Z-plus security is beyond dignity”.

This visit turned into news only when the University sent him notice for his  “unauthorised ” entry to the hostel. In pictures and videos, he is seen eating and interacting with students in the hostel mess.

Further, he interacted with some students associated with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), which is an affiliate of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the ideological parent of the BJP.
