This announcement shows up after a video sporting police constables inspecting people’s phones went viral in the city.
He said in a few cases of a serious and sensational crime when the involved is probable to run away, police inspect all the aspects found at the arena of the crime or attainable with the lawbreaker caught. At that moment, they do not recognize who are the group members and who are ordinary people.
