On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared that his annual interaction with students “Pariksha Pe Charcha” will be conducted on 7 April 2021 in a new virtual form.
The Prime minister tweeted that a new format, many interesting questions on a wide range of subjects, and a remarkable discussion with our brave #ExamWarriors, teachers, and parents. Attend ”Pariksha Pe Charcha” on 7th April, at 7 pm”.
Moreover, PM also tagged a video on the occasion in which the tops of this year’s ”Pariksha Pe Charcha” were listed.
Modi said in the video that they have been living under the shadow of COVID-19 for the last one year and because of that, he has to abstain from the allure of meeting you in person and have to be with you in a new setup, the first virtual version of Pariksha Pe Charcha.
He also requested students to look upon examinations as an opportunity and not as an end of life’s dreams.
The video further added that the prime minister would speak with students as a friend and also interact with teachers and parents during the virtual event.

Modi also talked about the anxiety of what would people and parents say which sometimes became a burden.
He further added in the video that this was ”Pariksha Pe Charcha” but was not constrained to just a conversation on ”Pariksha” or examinations.
It was declared in February, that Modi’s annual interaction with students would be held online this year because of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, an online creative writing competition was performed on several topics from February 17 to March 14, for candidates studying in classes of 9 to 12, teachers, and parents.
A senior official of the Ministry of Education said more than 60 % of the candidates who participated are from classes 9 and 10.
