On Monday, the Delhi high court directed the University of Delhi that the result for the Post Graduate courses needs to be declared by 31 October. The University has been directed by the Delhi High Court to not pester the students by demanding them to come to the campus physically to upload the mark sheets on the website.

For the declaration of the result of undergraduate courses, the Delhi High Court has also set up various deadlines. The deadlines are between 20 October to 31 October. A buffer of a maximum of three days can be there from the fixed date.

The date of declaration of results for the BA (prog) course will be on November 6, as per said.

The Delhi High Court further added that the markets which the students will download from the website shall be applicable and valid for all tall purposes.

Pleas were filed by students to set up effective mechanisms for specially-abled and visually impaired students which can ease the transmission of instructions and teaching material to them properly. It was filed in order to ensure they receive the study material easily through online mode in a Pandemic situation.

However, the Delhi High Court had disposed of the two pleas by Prateek Sharma who is a law student and the National Federation of Blind.

Earlier, the Delhi University and the examiners have been asked by the Delhi High Court to expedite the evaluation process of the OBE (Open Book Exam) and were advised to declare the result of the students preferably by the end of the first week of October.
