PG ADMISSIONS: PROVISIONAL SEATS FOR STUDENTS WHOSE RESULTS ARE YET TO DECLARED

PG Admissions: The admission process for the postgraduate course at Delhi University will begin on November 18. However, before admission, there was a streak of concern on the forehead of the students due to the delay in graduation examination results. Meanwhile, DU administration has given a big relief to the students on Diwali.

The DU administration issued the admissions notice on Friday. In which complete information was given about the entrance examination and merit-based postgraduate admission process. It was said that the students whose result has not been released should not be disturbed. They complete the remaining formalities on the admission portal, they will be given provisional admission and the seat will be kept vacant till the result is released.

Enroll in 54 courses According to the information provided by the Delhi University Administration, there will be admission to 54 postgraduate courses. This includes subjects like Buddhist Studies, English, Philosophy, Psychology, Urdu, Bio-Chemistry, Biophysics, MSc Informatics, Microbiology, MCA, Biology, Economics, Geography, Journalism, Computer Science.

PG CLASSES WILL START IN DELHI UNIVERSITY FROM DECEMBER

PG admissions will be done based on the entrance examination issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Whether the final year results came or not, students will be given provisional admission. However, students have been advised to update the mark sheet on the admission portal by November 16 at 1 pm.

Moreover, Merit-based PG admissions are given only to students graduating from Delhi University and the admission list will be taken after calculating the marks filled by the students on the portal. The last date for updating the final year marks on the portal has been given as November 8, although students are not disturbed, they can update till November 16 at 1 pm. Students of Delhi University who have appeared for the entrance examination are also eligible to apply under merit-based admission.
