No online class will continue in the private schools of the capital as per its government. The Delhi Government has ordered an early summer break starting from April 20 to June 9. Hence, all online classes and other activities will be discontinued. The Government had to reschedule its summer vacations due to the surging covid-19 cases and its threat to life.
The suspension of online classes in private schools:
Private schools did continue with their online teaching and learning activities despite the government’s official notice. Hence, they continued to adopt such methods in one way or the other. Therefore, this was brought to the notice of the Directorate of Education (DoE).
Hence an order was issued by the Directorate of Education to extend the suspension in the unaided recognized schools of Delhi as well. The directions were first drafted for the government schools and the government-aided schools. Hence, this decision was taken in the interest of the stakeholders of the management of private schools including its teaching staff. The Delhi Government kept the prevailing threat of the rising covid-19 situation in mind and declared the summer holidays.
Online class regarding summer activities gets a green flag:
The Delhi Government suspended all teaching and learning activities in public as well as private schools. However, other vacation-related activities, remedial classes, summer programs, and more can continue. These short-term activities got a green flag from the Directorate of Education (DoE).

Remedial classes for a specific set of students, vacation-related activities, and others will continue online. Hence, they are presumed to inculcate creativity, happiness, and the overall social and emotional well-being of students. It will ensure their overall growth without them being physically present at schools.
