The National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT will soon conduct its entrance exam. So, the institute has released the admit card for the same today, i.e., on January 29. The institute will hold the entrance examination in virtual mode. So, students can download the admit card. on the official website.
National Institute of Fashion Technology will conduct the entrance exam on February 6. This entrance exam is for the students who want to take admission into undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the institute. The admit card will include information like the candidate’s name, roll number, examination center, exam timings, and also the exam-day guidelines.

HOW TO APPLY FOR NIFT
To download the admit card, follow the steps given below:
- Refer to the official website nift.ac.in
- Refer to the tab that reads announcements.
- Click on the link for Admit card for written examination.
- Enter your application number, date of birth, and email id before submitting.
- The admit card will appear on the webpage.
NIFT ENTRANCE EXAMS ARE OF TWO TYPES
The entrance exam is divided into two categories. The first one is NIFT Creative Ability Test, NIFT CAT and the second one is General Ability Test NIFT GAT.
Students who want to get admission into undergraduate and postgraduate programmes have to appear for the General Ability Test. On the other hand, students who want to get admission in M Des and B Des courses have to appear for both the Creative Ability Test and General Ability Test.
