The National Institute of Design, NAD successfully concluded its NID DAT exams today.
NID DAT is an entrance exam taken in pen and paper mode to seek admission in B.Des. and M.Des. programme. It is a two-tier entrance exam that includes prelims and mains exam. Students who would be shortlisted in prelims will be called for studio tests and personal interviews.
WHEN AND WHERE WAS NID DAT?
The institution held the exam today from 10 AM to 1 PM in pen and paper mode. It conducted the exam in more than 23 cities. Talking about the difficulty of the exam, students and experts found it moderately difficult.

ANALYSIS OF ENTRANCE EXAM
The entrance exam was lengthy and difficult. However, the logical Reasoning section was comparatively easy. According to Krishna Magar, questions were quite difficult.
But, he found the English section was easy. On the other hand, there were some tricky questions in the pictorial and diagrams section. Many general awareness questions and logical reasoning questions were quite simple and easy.

So, according to students and experts, NID DAT was moderately difficult. Almost all the students found the pictorial and diagrams section tricky and general knowledge level moderate.
NID DAT ANSWER KEY WOULD RELEASE SOON
The National Institute of Design would soon release the NID DAT answer key on its official website. Students with their login credentials can go through the admission portal to download the answer key. They can cross-check their response sheet with the answer key and estimate their score.
