Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Tuesday termed the new National Education Policy as a powerful and excellent foundation for the creation of a new India and explained on Tuesday. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, while answering to the conference on the needs for grants under the control of the Ministry of Education for 2021-22, announced that a new national education policy has been inaugurated for the innovation of a 21st century Golden India, which will form the basis for a big, Excellent, and self-reliant India.

Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha enacted the demands for grants dismissing the cut motions of some members. Nishank said that we never contemplated the world a market, but a family. We share happiness and sorrow.

There is significant allocation under various schemes. For example, 15 thousand Adarsh schools have been inquired to develop, Sainik schools have been implored to develop.

The Union  Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal opposed the allegations of budget slashes in the education sector. Nishank said that he preferred to clarify that there was no cut in the appropriation. The budget has not been reduced.

During the discussion, several opposition parties, containing Congress, accused the government of slashing budgetary allocations for the Ministry of Education and asserted that it would not be possible to accomplish the goals of the new National Education Policy without reasonable allocation.
