NEET UG Counseling 2021: The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate, NEET UG mop-up round 2021 counseling registration date has been extended. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has announced it in its official notification. According to the notification on the mcc.nic.in, the new date is 16 March 2022.
Besides, MCC counseling is conducted to allot seats for admission in medical courses. Candidates can take admission to courses such as MBBS, BDS, and others in any part of the country. Before this, the mop-up round registration’s last date was 14 March. Moreover, the registration fee payment last date was also 14 March.

NEET UG Counseling 2021: How to Register for Mop-Up Round
- Head to the official website of the Medical Counseling Committee i.e., mcc.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘UG Medical Counseling‘.
- Thereafter, scroll down and go to the link that reads ‘Online Registration.’
- Now, log in by entering your credentials such as NEET-UG roll number.
- Fill out the application form by uploading the required documents.
- Lastly, to complete the form, pay the application fee and tap on ‘Submit’.
- Download the filled application form. And don’t forget to take a printout for future use.
Further, the NEET UG counseling 2021 notification was released after the MCC added extra seats for MBBS courses in the mop-up round counseling. The seat was added in the following institutes: Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad; Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior and Madhya Pradesh; Pt. Raghunath Murmu Medical College, Baripada Odisha. Additionally, some BDS seats were added at Govt. Dental College, RIMS, Kadapa.
