Students who are going to appear for NEET 2021 do not have any latest information about the exams. Earlier, the Education Minister discussed releasing the examination dates but did not make any announcement till now.

Many students have applied for NEET 2021.NEET is one of the toughest entrance exams around the nation. Students who wish to pursue their under graduation in medical or dental courses such as MBBS, BDS, and other Ayush courses can apply for this entrance exam.

WHAT IS NEET?

It is a well known pre-medical entrance exam that the National Testing Agency conducts every year. It is a gateway to get admission into various undergraduate medical and dental courses in some of the most prestigious medical and dental institutions of India.

INSTITUTIONS TO OFFER ADMISSION BASED ON NEET 2021

Some institutions that grant admission to students based on NEET scores are JIPMER, PIGMER, All India Institute of Medical Science, AIIMS, Armed Forces Medical College, AFMC, and many more. The authorities have not released the registration form and eligibility criteria of NEET 2021. However, candidates can go through the eligibility criteria of NEET 2020. There are fewer chances of upgradation in the criteria.

Nobody knows when the application form would release. But, it will release through online mode.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF NEET 2020

The NEET 2020 eligibility criteria state that the lower age limit for the appearing candidates is 17 years. Moreover, the upper age limit is 25. However, the authority has provided relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit. They provided this relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD category.

NEET 2021 EXAM WILL BE HELD MORE THAN ONCE, CHECK DETAILS

The candidate must have passed class 12th in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology from the recognized board. Moreover, he or she must have a minimum of 50 percent in class 12th if he belongs to the general category. For PwD category students, the minimum percentage should be 45, and for SC/ST and OBC, it should be 40 percent.

NEET 2021 MAY BE CONDUCTED TWICE A YEAR

But, students are worried about change in exam pattern and exam syllabus. There is no update regarding it till now. But, according to the sources, the authority may conduct NEET 2021 twice a year. It would be relieving for the students.
