National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, NEET 2021 is on 12th September. There is strong demand for postponement of the exam by different stakeholders.

Students had been raising different concerns due to the scheduled exam date. Moreover, social media handles are flooding with trends related to NEET 2021 postponement.

This year’s CBSE improvement, compartment exams are from 25th August to 15th September. Moreover, some of the other major exams are also falling under the near dates of the exam. So, students are demanding the postponement of the entrance exam.

PLEA AGAINST NEET 2021

Recently, a plea was also filed in the apex court of the country for the postponement of the  entrance exam. But, Supreme Court had refused to defer the exam date. Further added, does not want to interfere in the process, as postponement will be very unfair to many.

EDUCATION MINISTER ON POSTPONEMENT DEMAND

As the postponement demand continued after the court refused. In the midst, Rahul Gandhi took a stand, tweeting to postpone the NEET 2021 entrance exam.

After this Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Education Minister breaks the silence. He tweeted, overflowing vanity & misplaced sense of entitlement of a failed crown prince is no alibi to meddle into the schedule of examinations, give undue stress & make the students suffer”.

Moreover, he said demand for postponement by Rahul Gandhi is questioning on Court`s perceptions. Ministry clarified, there will not be any postponement of the exam.
