Why did DU call for extensions in the admission date of MA Political Science?
The MA admissions in the varsity depend on the undergraduate results. However, due to the Covid situation and the commencement of online exams, there occurred an unnecessary delay. Final year undergraduate students had to give their exams via an online mode. Their results were also declared in a similar manner. Hence, this new process brought in unnecessary delay.
Hence, this delay in the result commenced made the students incapable of taking admissions in the first place. A few UG courses, as well as School Of Open Learning (SOL), have declared late results. Therefore, an extension in the last date of admission into MA Political Science was required. Now, more students can get the opportunity to enrol themselves.
