IGNOU, Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the last date to apply for B. Ed. And B.Sc. Nursing entrance exams of BEd and BSc. Now, the IGNOU entrance exam would be conducted on 8th May for the respective courses.
Students can refer to the official website, ignou.ac.in. and apply for the entrance exam online. It released an official statement regarding the extension of applying for the IGNOU exam.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IGNOU ENTRANCE
For B.Ed. and B.Sc, students can apply till April 24.
Students have to refer to the eligibility CRITERIA first to apply for the entrance test. Nurses and registered midwives must pass class 12th with three years. Students must have a diploma in nursing and midwifery. They must have practical experience of two years.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR IGNOU ENTRANCE
On the other hand, in-service nurses must pass class 10th and three years diploma. They must have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.

At least 50 percent marks in graduation and post-graduation are compulsory in any of the subjects like sciences, social sciences, commerce, or humanities. However, there is no age limit for the candidates to apply for the IGNOU exam and respective courses.
