Here is what KYS claims about DU SOL

As per the Krantikari Yuva Sangathan (KYS) members, a delegation of students was beaten up by the School of Open Learning ( DU SOL) administration. Thus, this happened when they held a demonstration about the problems faced by students. So, issues like late distribution of study material, non-commencement of exams, and also the mode of the exam were highlighted.

But, rather than looking into these problems, the DU SOL administration beat a delegation who simply went into the DU SOL premises for the submission of a memorandum. Hence, as per alleged, the delegation of students was confined, abused, and even beaten at the behest of the SOL principal.

More about the protest of KYS against DU SOL administration:

As stated by KYS on 20th February 2022, the protest will begin tomorrow, i.e. 21st February 2022 from 11 am. Also, the body stated that despite the beginning of offline classes in SOL hasn’t started it yet.

DU Colleges Attendance Likely To Go Up From Monday

Even the first-year students are anxious as they got incomplete study material. Thus, with upcoming exams in March questions about incomplete material distribution and mode of exam is obvious. Also, SOL is all set to hold offline exams for the 4th and 6th-semester students. Thus, the problem and confusion are all around as it’s the first physical exam in a long time.
