Kalindi College Delhi University was established in 1967. It is a girls’ college which offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students.
Kalindi College is well equipped, 4 academic blocks of college are furnished with Projectors and LCD screens to provide modern education understanding to the students. The computer labs are well with LAN and high-speed internet connection at Kalindi College. PCR (Production Control Room) is also available in the college for journalism students.
Courses with good facilities such as a library, computer lab, seminar room, Conference Hall, student Societies and Clubs, etc are available in the college. The infrastructure is also good. All basic facilities are given in the college itself like a library, Wi-Fi. The library of college contains all kinds of books & magazines that are helpful for students. However, Labs are fully air-conditioned. Hygiene is maintained in the canteen. The college library is a digitally equipped library with all the technical upgradations and innovations. This makes it extremely easy for the students to return or issue any book.
Moreover, students of Kalindi College can sit and enjoy some private time in the Kalindi College Premises’ Butterfly Park, Rock Garden, Buddha Park, August Kranti Park, and Saraswati Park. These parks are very beautiful and provide students a well-maintained environment for academic influence.
Kalindi College Delhi University also provides two add-on certificate courses. “Photo Journalism”, and “Film and Television production Direction”. The college conducts seminars and enlightening sessions for the students’ career prospects. Additionally, The location of the college is also good which gives the chance to hang out after classes.
Kalindi college has a placement cell, which works in close coordination with the central placement cell of Delhi University. Moreover, various pharmaceutical companies, media channels as well as other companies visited the college for placement. Lessons pertained to communication skills and other factors needed for several jobs are also overseen by the Kalindi college from time to time. Interested students easily get an internship with good stipends.

Kalindi College offers many courses in the arts, commerce, and science stream.

There are three courses offered by Kalindi College in postgraduation that is M.A. (Hindi), M.A. (Political Science), M.A. (Sanskrit).
Important notifications regarding admission, exams for postgraduation courses are easily available on the official website of the college.
For the postgraduation course, there is an entrance exam for admission. The candidates can apply to these courses online, in a prescribed application form within the notified period. The admission process for this course usually begins around the month of November with the filling of an online application form and lasts until April when the students are admitted to the college.
For admission to several postgraduation courses, the admission process of Kalindi College Delhi University begins in the month of May or June every year. This admission process is directly handled by the concerned department of Delhi University.
