On Monday, to accelerate the process of discovery and effective patient care Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) launched its first-ever cloud-based biological data analysis platform for health and biological sciences.

Indian Clinical and Life Science Research (ICLR) cloud platform will help to bridge the gap between the scientists working in the area of life sciences and those employed in the computational biological data analysis tool.

The product developed under the mentorship of professor Rupesh Chaturvedi, at Atal Incubation Centre of JNU Foundation Innovation (AIC-JNUFI) by students of JNU’s School of Biotechnology, Nanofludiks Research Pvt Ltd, and will also accelerate research work connected to the Covid-19 pandemic and other communicable diseases and will further accelerate vaccine and drug-based research in India.
