On Wednesday Jamia Milia Islamia(JMI) may agree on the final year exam of academic session 2019-20 and the semester examination of academic session 2020-21.
As per the information, the university administration has called a meeting of the Academic Council (AC) in this regard on Wednesday. After the consultation, a final draft can be prepared for conducting the examinations.
The academic confinement begins again in March because of Corona. In such a situation, Jamia Milia Islamia(JMI) had earlier decided to pass all the students based on internal examinations, but since the final year examination has been made mandatory by the UGC, Jamia Milia Islamia(JMI) has not yet taken a final decision on the JMI exam.
Jamia Milia Islamia had ahead set the exam date for December 21, but Jamia Milia Islamia(JMI) had to postpone the exam list following uprisings from students. The impression was sought from the UGC in this concern. However, the UGC has not given any impression on the examinations yet.
