There will be no change in the syllabus of JEE Main and NEET 2021. The Education Ministry said that this year, unlike previous years, the students will be given chances to answer the questions in JEE and NEET exams. However, the final exam pattern of NEET 2021 is not decided yet. In any case, considering the decrease of the syllabus by certain boards across the nation, the NEET (UG) 2021 exam will likewise have choices on the lines of JEE Main.

The candidates appearing in JEE Main 2021 will be given an option to solve 75 questions (25 questions each in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) from a total of 90 questions (30 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). Last year, a total of 75 questions were asked (25 questions each in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry), all of which had to be solved by the student.

JEE Main 2021, the first session will be conducted from 23 February 2021 to 26 February 2021. Moreover, the JEE Main 2021 February session registration date has been extended till 23 February 2021. Candidates will be permitted to do corrections in their registration form using the correction window from 27 January 2021 to 30 January 2021.

BOARD EXAMS: STUDENTS RAISE THEIR CONCERNS TO NISHANK

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) consists of 2 papers. Paper one is held for admission to B.E/B. Tech at IIITs, NITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), Universities funded/Institutions/recognized by participating State Governments, additionally with an eligibility examination for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted for admission to IITs. However, Paper 2 is conducted for admission to B. Planning and B. Arch programs.

JEE AND NEET 2021 WILL BE BASED ON REVISED SYLLABUS: EDUCATION MINISTER

Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, on January 18, in his webinar with students and teachers of Kendriya Vidyalaya announced that candidates will have to answer questions based on a revised syllabus in the impending board exams 2021.
