Canceled fourth session exam also preparation to be conducted in August:
According to sources associated with the Ministry of Education, a complete plan has been made to conduct JEE Mains and NEET. Its presentation has also been done at the level of PMO. It will be announced as soon as there is a slight decline in corona infection. In such a situation, it is expected that an announcement can be made by next week. The special thing is that JEE Mains is computer-based. Also, one session exam lasts for three to four days, in which students are called on different days.
Seeing the decline in the pace of infection, NTA made a plan, NEET may move forward:
Meanwhile, NTA has drawn a complete blueprint for NEET as well. In this, the earlier announced date of August 1 can be extended a little further. It can be done in the last week of August or in the first week of September. The entire exam is conducted in pen-paper mode and is for a single day.
At present, the motive behind taking it further is to further decline corona infection. It is believed that the rate at which the infection is declining, will remain at a very low level till September. Anyway, about twice as many students appear in NEET as JEE Mains. Last year around 15 lakh students took part in NEET.
