If you want to study engineering in the 2021 session and have missed filling the admission application form, then there is news of relief for you. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the window to apply online again for the April and May sessions of the engineering entrance exam JEE Main 2021.
Interested students can choose from the April and May sessions as per their choice. Students will get a chance to fill the online application form by 4 April. While online fees will be deposited by 5 April.
According to Dr. Sadhana Parashar, Senior Director (Examination) of NTA, many other states including Uttar Pradesh have decided to give admission in engineering colleges based on the merit score of JEE Main 2021.
Many students missed filling the online application form. Therefore, because of the convenience of the students, the window of filling the application form for the April and May sessions of JEE Main 2021 is being opened again. Therefore, students are advised to fill the application form carefully. Thereafter, the application will not be given a second chance to rectify the errors.
NEW EXAM CENTERS ABROAD, INCLUDING KARIGAL:
On-demand from students, Karingal (Leh-Ladakh) and Malaysia’s capital Kuala Lumpur will also get an opportunity to take the exam in Abuja, the capital of Nigeria. Students who want to take the exam in the examination center of these cities, have to choose the option of these cities in the application form.
The April session examination will start from 27th to 30th April. The exam lasts four days will be held on 27, 28, 29, and 30 April in two shifts abroad including the country. The student can choose the shift and day at his convenience. For this exam, one has to fill the online application form by going to JEE Main 2021 on the NTA website.
Students will be able to fill the online application form by 11:50 PM on 4 April. While the fees of admission examination will be filled up to 11:50 PM on April 5 with credit, debit, net banking, UPI, Paytm, etc. At the same time, the examination of the May session will run from 24 to 28 May.
