The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the date of the Joint Entrance Examination Main second session or JEE Main 2022 Session 2. Therefore, the exam will be conducted on the following dates, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 July.
Before this announcement, exams were supposed to be conducted from 21 July to 30 July. According to the senior official of NTA, the decision has been taken to keep the preparation gap between examinations. Otherwise, the first phase of the Common University Entrance Test and the JEE Main exam would border. Moreover, the CUET phase 1 will end tomorrow, 21 July. They were started on 15 July.
Furthermore, the senior official stressed, “We need to take care of the buffer between CUET and JEE Main 2022 session 2 examinations. It would become difficult to start the next exam immediately after finishing one exam. So, now the date of JEE is delayed to 24 July. “
