The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2022) registration (online application) process has started on Tuesday. The entrance exam will be conducted this year in only two sessions. JEE Main session 1 exam 2022 will be held on April 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. JEE Main session 2 exam will be conducted on May 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.
The application form will be filled in online mode with the help of the official website of NTA jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students should note that they will be able to fill the exam by March 31 (up to 5 pm). However, the application fee can be paid last by 11.30 pm on March 31.
The exam city for the April session exam will be announced in the first week of April, while the admit cards will be issued in the second week of April.
Male students belonging to the general category applying inside India for JE main Paper 1: B.E./B. Tech or Paper 2A: B. Arch or Paper 2B: B. Planning has to pay the application fee of ₹650. Whereas female aspirants from the general category in India suppose to pay ₹325 as application fees.

Moreover, the application fee can be submitted only online with the help of a Debit Card, Net Banking, Credit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable from the aspirant (in addition to the examination fee).
Students are advised to fill in the application form very carefully as modifications will be not be allowed once the application form is submitted.
An applicant can show up in one or both sessions of JEE tests 2022. Assuming a student shows up in the two tests, the one where he scores better will be considered for confirmations.
