The Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal connected with the students through a live session to talk about Board 2021 and JEE and NEET 2021. While talking to the teachers and students of Kendriya Vidyalaya, he said that the Board would ask questions only from the modified syllabus.
Due to COVID-19, schools managed to conduct online classes. But, students faced many problems and hardships in their academic session. So, CBSE and many other educational boards have reduced the syllabus for class 10th and 12th students for their upcoming board exams.
The Education Minister further said that students who are going to appear for competitive exams like JEE and NEET 2021 will attempt the exam only with the reduced syllabus. The administration will prepare the question paper only from the revised portion. So, students can prepare for the JEE and NEET 2021 entrance exam from CBSE revised syllabus.
Talking about the reopening of schools, the Education Minister said that he will begin the offline classes soon. However, online classes will resume at that time also.

Moreover, students who want to appear for the February session can apply online by 23rd January. The exam would take place between 23rd and 26th February. NEET 2021 dates are not disclosed yet.
