After the decision of Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University has also decided that it will admit students based on CUCET. So, from the academic session, 2022-23, students would have to appear for CUCET to get admission into respective universities.
The academic council of JNU held a meeting. In the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the Central University Common Entrance Test. Consequently, the varsity released its final decision on its official website.

JAWAHARLAL NEHRU UNIVERSITY RELEASED A NOTICE TODAY
The official notice of Jawaharlal Nehru University reads that the Academic Council is in favor of this decision. Moreover, the National Testing Agency would hold the exam. Before CUCET, JNU used to conduct JNUEE to admit students. But now, the varsity would accept admissions based on CUCET.
