Today, Jamia Milia Islamia University resumed physical classes for students. Final year students can now continue their offline classes after two years of online education. However, Jamia University has resumed classes for 70 postgraduate courses.
Final year students are now returning to their campus. An official of the varsity said that the committee observed a decent number of students on the first day. They expect that this number would increase in the same manner postgraduate students returned to the campus.

Jamia University issued a notification last month. They said that they will begin classes for final year postgraduate students from 2nd March. However, undergraduate students can resume their physical classes from mid of March.

The varsity resumed the functioning of the canteen as well. Staff members were also ordered to follow all the COVID-19 roles and protocols.
STUDENTS MUST BRING NEGATIVE RTPCR REPORTS AT JAMIA MILIA ISLAMIA UNIVERSITY
Jamia Milia University made it compulsory to begin a negative RTPCR report along with a valid ID proof for all the students who are returning to the campus. The officials would thoroughly check the report of students and wish that students maintain proper social distancing on the campus. On the other hand, they haven’t reopened the hostels yet.
