The Agriculture and Water Technology Development Hub of IIT Ropar is in collaboration with the Dassault Systemes. It is conducting an internship programme for the students who are from the engineering and designing field.
So, the initiative is for eight weeks and it will support the internship carnival. Students can apply for the internship on the website of IIT Ropar awadh.iitrpr.ac.in.

BENEFITS OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Through this internship programme, students will learn about design thinking, advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) practices, advanced topics in systems-level modeling, and material selection. They will also learn about project management, techno-economic analysis, system-level modeling, manufacturing simulations, and techno-economic analysis. Moreover, students will participate in the literature review and brainstorming sessions. They will come to know how patent documents are prepared.

So, the internship programme would begin on 24th May and 20 teams comprising 100 interns would be there to participate in the competition.
WINNING TEAMS AT IIT ROPAR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Teams who will win the programme would get monetary internships at IIT Ropar for 6 months. They will also get an opportunity to stay at IIT Ropar and explore the collaboration with faculty members.
Moreover, winning teams will get support for running a start-up.

So, students pursuing their under graduation in engineering or any equivalent programme can apply for the internship. They should be from the second third or fourth year and their field of specialization must include computer science and engineering, production, metallurgy, civil engineering, and many more.
