Today, the annual career fest of the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Delhi began. The institute would hold the two-day annual career fest ‘Pravritti 2022’ hybrid mode this year. IIT Delhi officials and students have set the theme of Reshaping Chances to Choices. Moreover, Non-IIT students are also allowed to take part in this career fest of IIT Delhi this year.
So, the main motive of IIT holding this fest is to help students connect with industries and organizations. Pravritti 2022 would provide them with a better understanding of the career avenues. The fest would help students to make the right career choice for themselves.

Moreover, IITD helps students to analyze and compare different recruiters across sectors. Students would be able to understand and build their capabilities through different competitions and workshops.
On the other hand, the institute said that during this career fest, different companies and organizations would hire IIT students. They will conduct selection processes and provide remarking offers to them. Around 20 companies would reach the campus in physical mode. On the other hand, around 50 students would conduct the drives virtually. So, this year, many start-up companies are participating in the career fest.
So, IIT career fest included discussions on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics. Sarita Ahlawat is the head of the Living Science Group. She held a leadership talk show. Debleena Majumdar, the co-founder of Kahaniyah held a workshop on ‘Storytelling through ata. Moreover, IIT Delhi also organized a hackathon and a virtual industry tour.
