Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS) is a premium training professional institute under the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It is launching a new short term online course on Remote Sensing and GIS Technology and Gadgets. This course is organized for the members of universities and their affiliated colleges. IIRS IS HELPING IN STAYING PRODUCTIVE EVEN AT HOME
Every year, the institute conducts the ISRO-National Natural Resources Management System. It is a well-defined sponsored certificate course that is carried out for a period of eight weeks. As the country is under lockdown for a few days due to COVID-19, it wouldn’t be possible to reorganize that course. Staying at home doesn’t mean to be unproductive. PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE GIVEN
There are some requirements that the enrolled person needs to fulfill. They can submit the proof of their employment at the time of online registration. Those proofs include the employee’s ID Card or a letter certifying his or her employment. Participants have to maintain minimum attendance. Those participants who will be qualified in an online examination would be awarded an online certificate. Examination would be conducted for all the participants who would enroll for this course.
DATE OF ENROLLING AND COMMENCEMENT

This course will begin on 13 June and will end on 1 July 2020. It will be offered in two sessions from 10 am to 1 pm. It will be continued from Monday to Saturday. Moreover, an interactive session would be conducted after each regular session.
