Indian Institute of Management, IIM Lucknow offers another postgraduate program in Sustainable Management. So, the institute has finally completed the placement process for this course. This year, it was the sixth batch of students. Students received placement offers from top-notch companies. Moreover, IIM Lucknow achieved the target of 100 percent offers to the students.
27 students are there in all who applied under different profiles. There were more than 30 offers in profiles like Corporate Sustainability Consultants, Consulting. Valuation Modelling and Economics, Marketing and Operations, Transaction Due Diligence, ESG Ratings Specialist. ESG Risk Assessment, General Management, Finance, ESG, IT/ITES, and many more.

The highest package at Lucknow for Sustainable development course is 35 LPA. Moreover, the average increase in per annum income is also by 20 percent. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, the officials faced major challenges in recruitment. But the virtual process helped students to avail many opportunities. There were 20 news recruiters at IIM Lucknow this year.

Some of the major recruiters are Dalmia Cements, Accenture, Ericsson, Flipkart. People Strong, ZS Associates, TresVista, MiQ, Axtria, Ernst and Young, and many more. Many reputed companies reached the campus to hire students in the sustainability domain. 38 percent of the total strength received offers in general management roles. The remaining percent of students received sustainability roles.
