The Indian Institute of Management, IIM Indore in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Government launched a video-based training module for school teachers. This idea will help school teachers to focus on time management, self-management, and stress management.
Through the six training modules, teachers of class 1st to 9th would learn to handle their mental stress level and manage their time accordingly. There are more than 3 lakh teachers teaching students of 1st class to 9th class.
MODULES BY IIM INDORE WOULD HELP IN TIME MANAGEMENT
These modules by IIM Indore would help them all. Inder Singh Parmar is the school education minister. He launched the video-based learning module and said teachers should manage themselves and time efficiently.

They must remain stress so that they can contribute effectively to the learning of students. Parmar thanked IIM Indore and said that these modules are beneficial not for just teachers but for other people who want to learn about managerial skills.
HOW MANY MODULES IIM INDORE PROVIDED
There are a total number of six modules and each module includes 2 videos. So, there are a total number of 12 videos of seven minutes each. Each video will include readings material that everybody has to read before and after watching the video.

FIRST INITIATIVE BY MP GOVERNMENT WITH IIM INDORE
Those who will clear the modules will get a certificate by IIM-I. Himanshu Rai is the director of IIT Madras. He said that it is the first kind of initiative that the government of Madhya Pradesh took in collaboration with our event.
