Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Indira Gandhi National Open University has been further extending its deadline since June 15 This time the deadline is July 31. Those who have not yet delivered their assignments or application forms can accomplish so at ignou.ac.in.
Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the varsity is not receiving the assignments or application forms in an offline manner, nevertheless, students can scan and send their tasks to the varsity. This year, IGNOU is also guaranteeing provisional admissions for the aspirants as the result announcements have been delayed for numerous universities and school boards.

To submit their assignments online, aspirants have to pursue some steps –
Step 1: Firstly go to the official website of IGNOU i.e. ignou.ac.in
Step 2: After visiting the official site there will be an option of ‘online project upload’ link under ‘alert’ click on it
Step 3: Then a fresh page will open
Step 4: Now to upload the project Click on ‘click here to upload project’
Step 5: After that read instructions by clicking on the checkbox
Step 6: Now finally Upload documents and then submit
Ahead with other colleges and universities, IGNOU too has brought a digital hop. HRD minister had this year launched online courses being given by IGNOU. The modern contributions by IGNOU in the digital opening contain MA in Hindi, MA in Gandhi and Peace Studies, BA in Tourism Studies, diploma course in Arabic, a diploma in Information Technology and a diploma program in Library and Information Science.
