Step 1: First go to the official website ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link for submission of the December 2021 term-end examination form.
Step 3: Now enter your login credentials like program code, enrollment number, and exam center.
Step 4: Fill the application form and upload the needed documents.
Step 5: Finally, pay the fee.
Step 6: Save the printout of your filled form with you.
