IGNOU, Indira Gandhi National Open University held an entrance exam today. Students who want to pursue post-graduation from IGNOU appeared for the test. The varsity holds the entrance exam as per the COVID-19 norms and protocols.
The duration of the entrance exam was three hours. Moreover, it included 200 questions from four sections. The sections were Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, and English. On the other hand, there was no negative marking.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR IGNOU ENTRANCE TEST
Students have to bring admit cards and identify proof with them. They were not permitted inside the examination hall without admit card. Moreover, they have to bring sanitizer and maintain social distancing inside the examination center.
ELECTRONIC GADGETS NOT ALLOWED
The authority also initiated thermal screening of candidates. Moreover, students do not have to carry any calculator or any other electronic gadget with them.
WHEN IGNOU WILL DECLARE RESULT OF THE ENTRANCE EXAM?
Through the Indira Gandhi National Open University entrance exam, students would get admission into MBA and PGDM courses in management schools. However, they have not disclosed the result dates yet.
POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA ADMISSION IN IGNOU
Students who want to pursue a postgraduate diploma programme do not have to appear for the IGNOU entrance test. They can take direct admission according to the eligibility criteria.
