In view of this situation, the National Students Union of India, NSUI filed a report against the Home Minister. They explained about his missing with the Delhi Police and took an action over his disappearance.

The General Secretary of NSUI Nagesh Kariyappa at the Parliament Street Police Station filed a report against Amit Shah.
