Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign: Chandigarh University creates a world record

The campaign of ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is running across the nation to celebrate the 75th Independence Day in India. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has requested to hoist the national flag across the nation at home from the 13th to the 15th of August 2022.

So, the NID Foundation along with Chandigarh University has made the Guinness World Record. They have framed the World’s Largest Human Image of a waving national flag. Around 5558 students came together to frame the flag and set a milestone in the heart of ‘city beautiful.’

In the success of creating history with the business world record, more than 25000 people were a part of this huge success. Moreover, the Chief Patron of NID and the Chancellor of Chandigarh University S. Satnam Singh Sandhu also joined at the moment. Some other members were Dharam Pal, Vinay Pratap Singh; Sarabjit Kaur, Parveer Ranjan, Himani Sood, and many more officials.

Waving Flag for Har Ghar Tiranga

To strengthen the campaign of Har Ghar Tiranga and spread it across the globe by making a world record, NID and Chandigarh University did this miracle. The Government of India has hoisted the national flag atop 20 crore houses.

The image of a waving national flag created a world record. More than 5,885 students were a part of it. Other officials who were a part of this flag are already discussed above.
