Google is collaborating with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to offer digital learning modules to schools all around India. The collaboration has been commended to promote education and training to boost education in India. The initiative will help teachers and institutions in the precision of the experience. Google made the announcement during Google for India 2020 virtual event, it confirmed enabling over 1 million teachers and educators in 22000 schools to transmit blended knowledge.
The initiative pertains to the strategy of a combination of both online and classroom learning approaches by the end of the year. Moreover, Google declared a fresh grant of over 7.51 crore to educate and train teachers in concern to virtual education.
The Senior Country Marketing Director at Google, Sapna Chadha, in the Google for India Event said that Google will collaborate with over 1 million teachers of CBSE schools by the end of December.
The collaboration will promote the blended learning module. It means that online learning and traditional classroom learning will be initiated and a combination of both will be followed.

Sapna Chadha clarified the partnering of Google – CBSE and blended module which will be followed. She asserted that over 1 million teachers working in CBSE affiliated schools will be able to deliver blended learning by the end of the year 2020.
The blended module will combine classroom training and education with Google classroom, G-Suit for education, YouTube, and more. The teachers will be given access to these tools for free of cost.
Google classroom designed by google is a web service that can be used at schools and colleges for formulating, sharing, submitting, and grading assignments. Students and teachers can share files with each other using the Google classroom platform.
G-Suite for education is a tool formulated by google that is used for storage and collaboration of data and files on the cloud. Tools like Google Meet, Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, Docs are all created by Google and tools of G-Suite.

Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, The Union Resource Development Minister at the event explained that the tools offered by Google are free of cost and will be beneficial for teachers to initiate online learning across India.
The HRD minister further asserted that google must ensure that the services and tools offered by it are available across the nation provides 22 languages. The languages will help every student across the country to take benefit of online learning.
