On Wednesday the trailer of the most awaited Vin Diesel’s upcoming Fast and Furious 9 also known as F9 dropped on social media platforms much to the delight of fans. The movie features Vin Diesel with John Cena who plays the role of Dom’s (Vin Diesel) brother Jakob Toretto in the movie. Just like the previously released Fast and Furious films, this one also professes to be high on action. The first trailer released last year in 2020 indicated that John Cena is playing Vin Diesel’s arch-enemy and his brother. However, the newly released trailer exhibits the rivalry between the two characters.

The Fast and Furious 9 four-minute-long trailer does not dishearten the fans of the movie series as one can witness high-octane action from the first few seconds of the trailer. It begins as a usual family drama, before transforming into more conventional trailer far where actors are discerned with flying their cars against the time with guns blazing right, left, and center. The trailer then sets up the stake as John Cena playing as Jakob Toretto receives his lands on some MacGuffin that will seemingly go into space for its launch. Hold on, you even have someone taking rebirth from the dead: Han Lue (Sung Kang).

Fast and Furious 9 was first scheduled to be released in theatres earlier in 2020 however due to the coronavirus pandemic this could not happen. So far, it is expected to be released later this year.
